2. Services

We provide both domestic and commercial epoxy resin services, including but not limited to:

• Epoxy resin flooring

• Epoxy resin worktops

• Epoxy resin kitchens

• Garage flooring

• Industrial plant room flooring

• Warehouse flooring

• Car park resin systems

All services are subject to a site assessment where required.

3. Quotations

• All quotations are provided free of charge unless otherwise stated.

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless specified.

• Prices may vary if site conditions differ from those originally discussed.

• Written confirmation is required before work begins.

4. Payments

• A deposit may be required before work commences.

• Remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Late payments may incur additional charges.

Full payment terms will be outlined in your quotation or invoice.

5. Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made in writing.

• If materials have already been ordered, the cost may be deducted from any refund.

• For consumer contracts agreed off-premises, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law, unless work has already begun with your consent.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide clear access to the work area

• Ensure the site is safe and free from obstructions

• Disclose any relevant structural or surface issues

Epoxy Design is not responsible for delays caused by site access issues or undisclosed conditions.

7. Surface Preparation and Finish

Epoxy resin finishes are handcrafted and may vary slightly in appearance. Minor variations in colour, texture, or pattern are not considered defects.

The client acknowledges that epoxy resin designs are unique and may differ from samples or images.

8. Warranties

Any workmanship guarantee will be outlined in writing within your quotation or invoice.

This does not cover:

• Misuse

• Poor maintenance

• Structural movement

• Damage caused by third parties

9. Limitation of Liability

Epoxy Design shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Loss of business, profit, or revenue

• Damage caused by misuse or improper maintenance

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, branding, and materials are the property of Epoxy Design unless otherwise stated and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
